3 hr trip from Austin to Alvin, TX, definitely worth the drive! I was in a predicament where I needed a vehicle, but in the process of also rebuilding my credit and the team at Otto's made it possible. Special thanks to Tracy in finance, she definitely worked her magic in getting me the finance terms I was looking for while other dealerships wouldn't take the time to at least call me back! The staff is also quite friendly and welcoming and will definitely recommend!

Please save your money and don't not waste anytime here I got a car from them and within 3 1/2 to 4 months the car was having problems left and right. They tried to have me pay for a engine replacement even though I wasn't at fault for it, the water pump had rust in it and pumped it through the cooling system but they say they don't check the water pumps when they get cars in so if you do buy or get a vehicle from here please take it to a mechanic and get it looked over. I've tried to cancel my contract with them since I don't feel safe with that car driving my wife and kids around but they still have yet to cancel it, won't give me my down payment back and Rob the owner tried to bully me into getting the car back from them after It sat for 2 months for repairs even after I told him I don't feel safe in the vehicle. This place is just one big scam
