I had been looking for a good used truck in my price range ( with not the best credit rating) for over a month,, I ran across ottos ,( on the internet) could not believe there prices ( compared to other places) never dreamed I would end up with such a nice truck for the price , The salesman D K was a pleasure to deal with the lady's in finance were just as enjoyable, Im 67 yrs old , have bought a a lot of trucks in my lifetime ( some new some used) This purchase was by for the most enjoyable and completely satisfied all the way around, Thanks again to ottos of Alvin

I just bought my car here and worked with Luke and the manager Rob, and they made the whole process so easy. Luke was super patient, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Rob stepped in to help with the final details and really made sure I was getting the best deal possible. Please save your money and don't not waste anytime here I got a car from them and within 3 1/2 to 4 months the car was having problems left and right. They tried to have me pay for a engine replacement even though I wasn't at fault for it, the water pump had rust in it and pumped it through the cooling system but they say they don't check the water pumps when they get cars in so if you do buy or get a vehicle from here please take it to a mechanic and get it looked over. I've tried to cancel my contract with them since I don't feel safe with that car driving my wife and kids around but they still have yet to cancel it, won't give me my down payment back and Rob the owner tried to bully me into getting the car back from them after It sat for 2 months for repairs even after I told him I don't feel safe in the vehicle. This place is just one big scam
