I was contacted by a potential client to look into a situation involving Otto's. I contacted the dealership to communicate my client's concerns, and Mr. Otto promptly addressed the situation ethically, honorably, and with integrity, which is uncommon in this industry. He and the customer resolved the situation quickly and amicably. The world would be a better place (and we would have far fewer lawyers), if more businesses conducted themselves like Otto's.
