Got my car 4/17, Im really big on research so when looking for a car I looked within a 3 1/2 hour radius of my home in 77541. I looked for prices, rates, speed of service, car dependability, mileage, recalls, specific failures related to each vehicles make and model and year made. You name it and I probably had it researched. Out of all the places Ottos not only had reliable, low mileage reasonable prices and well maintenanced vechiles they also had the most, other places had maybe 3 good deals with good cars and the rest were needing a sacrifice with some expectations, ottos easily 11. On top of that Eduardo was on it, replied fast, let me do mostly over text like I prefer so I can compare info and answer not with a screaming toddler in my head. I have a bad credit situation due to a divorce 2 years ago and they were very quick to say yes they can work with me and found a way even if the interest rate is bonkers high I know that is something from the bank not them and from my score not them, the yes and willingness to find a way to help me get what I wanted at the price I wanted was them and I am grateful for that. Got to meet the owner Rob, he seems genuine as can be. They do have the normal dealership request like asking for more down and more monthly and pushing the warranty and all that BUT they never got rude, they never made it seem like it was their way or the highway, they gave it a few nudges then accepted I wasnt budging and couldnt and found a way to get within my request. Showed me every feature, told me anything that has happened to the car down to the paint chip on the steering wheel, it was all listed. Super accommodating and kind from the sales to finance to owner. Shared lots of giggles. Adding more to their greatness their kids area is clean and has good toys that some how kept my 3 1/2 year old happy from 10-2:30, clean restrooms. Lot isnt too big so it was easy to find cars. Didnt seem like they were wasting time either like no hold backs for nonsense reasons seemed to actually try to get it done at the best speed they could. Working with warranty knowledge for the last 8 years I can add their warranty plan actually made sense and didnt seem too scamish or waste of time if you like warranties. That was the one thing they did push very hard for, every person for more than a couple of minutes, in many ways, for good reason but still pushy. Pretty much everything went smooth and I am happy with my before visit findings of great cars and deals and willingness to help and my during visit and completion of purchase. Would highly recommend checking them out to anyone and already have

Absolutely great cars and most awesome customer service experience. Tyrell and his fellow co workers were thorough and very considerate. We have been looking all over the place for a reliable vehicle, due to most dealerships we encountered either poor valued cars or were trying to make a quick sale. Ottos staff was very patient and actually listened to our interests and stipulations on what we were looking for in a vehicle. The cars were very affordable and in very great condition.
